Who it's for

CEO Next is for people who want to understand how businesses actually operate — in business, leadership, finance, technology, sales, marketing, investing, management, entrepreneurship or a corporate career. It is not restricted to business students, and it does not replace formal education. It complements it with something universities struggle to provide: direct access to people running companies.

Participants visit selected Cyprus businesses and see how they are actually run — operations, teams, constraints and trade-offs behind the brand.
Real business challenge
Teams work on a genuine business problem and present their solution to a panel of business leaders at the end of the programme.
Network
Participants build relationships with CEOs, founders, executives, potential employers and other ambitious participants.
Alumni
Graduates receive a CEO.cy certificate of completion and join the CEO.cy alumni community.
